Yes. We encourage you to see the dentist for a dental cleaning in accordance with your hygiene recall. For some that is every three months and others, every six months.

Don't worry. Our products are very small and biocompatible. They are neither sharp or toxic. Gems will pass through your system as would food and so will gold charms.

Dental gems and charms can easily and safely be removed from the tooth or teeth. Stone and Ivory recommends having tooth jewelry removed after six months although they may last longer. Temporary tooth gems can be removed at home otherwise, visit your dentist or dental hygienist for gem and charm removal. 

We will replace any tooth gem that prematurely falls off at no charge one time. Guarantee is good for the first week after placement and client must show proof of purchase from Stone and Ivory.  The one-time replacement will be the same placement and gem previously purchased. If leftover cement is in the location of the lost gem, it is recommended to remove it before rebooking to have it replaced. If you elect to have a new gem cemented over old cement and it falls off, the guarantee is null and void. This does not apply to temporary or short-term Tooth Gem applications.
